RentRedi is a great way to pay rent without the hassle of writing a check, finding an envelope and paying for stamps! And with the option of connecting to your credit, you have the option to boost your credit score with every on time payment.
To get started paying online, text your email to Jenna and she will get you the information to get all set up!
Are there fees? To use your credit or debit card they will charge 3.1%. If you connect your bank account the fee is only 1.00. RentRedi is secure so you don’t have to worry about keeping your information safe. If you would like to avoid any fees, you can always drop rent off and deposit it into the Heirloom Homes deposit account at People’s Bank and Trust.

Bank Deposit
Deliver your rent to Peoples Bank & Trust in McPherson and deposit into Heirloom Homes LLC. Please send Jenna a quick text to let her know a deposit has been made, and make sure the teller adds a note of your name and/or address!

Lawn Care
If you would like to be added to our mowing list, please let Jenna know! Unless otherwise discussed or noted in your lease, each mowing session is $35. Included in each mowing is edging, spray weeds, and removing large branches as needed. The crew is out every other Friday.
If you would like to sign a new 1 year lease, we can stretch the mowing fee across the entire lease by adding $35/month to your rent.
If your lawn is 6” or higher, we will mow it at your expense without notice. The city of McPherson requires us to enforce their ordinance, and we want to keep our properties looking nice! It also helps minimize bugs and snakes! Cost for emergency lawn mowing is $50/mow.

Moving Out
Please use the check list above to help finalize your clean-up and move-out. Don’t forget to let Jenna know when you have completed these items and make sure she has a forwarding address to send your returned deposit to! If you request to leave your lease early, early termination fees will apply. Your security deposit will be used to pay not only for any damages, but for a a $250 re-assignment fee and the prorated cost of any lapsed time between your move out and the new tenant move in. Keeping the home in good condition and helping find a new tenant can keep these costs to a minimum!
